Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

You may create an account or shop as a guest. Creating an account will provide a more convenient shopping and customer service experience for you, so we encourage you to register/log in when you place an order.

Will my online purchases earn me points towards my Rewards account in-store? 

As long as you create an online account and use the same email address you have previously provided at the register, points earned online will be automatically added to your Cedar Chest customer rewards account. All of the same rules apply, so ask or email if you have any questions.

    Which shipping providers do you use?

    We rely on global shipping partners (UPS and FedEx) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

    How long it will take to receive my order?

    Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

    • We ship on business days, except for national holidays.
    • We fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In our continued effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines and state legislation, our pace may be slowed. Keep an eye on your email for order updates, and thank you in advance for your patience.
    • We personally compile your order and ship it directly from our store to your doorstep. Actual delivery timeframes may vary from region to region and are dependent on the carrier.

      Do you ship to all 50 US states?

      We do! We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and military bases. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
