Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

You may create an account or shop as a guest. Creating an account will provide a more convenient shopping and customer service experience for you, so we encourage you to register/log in when you place an order.

    Which shipping providers do you use?

    We rely on global shipping partners (UPS and FedEx) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

    How long it will take to receive my order?

    Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

    • We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
    • Most items will ship within one (1) business day. We will update customers about the shipping of special orders.
    • We personally compile your order and ship it directly from our store to your doorstep. Actual delivery timeframes may vary from region to region. So if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s likely still on its way (and will be worth the wait).
