Once you’ve placed your order, when can you can expect your delivery?

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER:

    • We ship on business days, except for national holidays.
    • We fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your email for order updates, and thank you in advance for your patience.
    • We personally compile your order and ship it directly from our store to your doorstep. Actual delivery timeframes may vary from region to region and are dependent on the carrier.
    • Please note that orders purchased with ApplePay or GoogleWallet default to shipping. To place an order for store pickup, please pay using a credit card or email us at orders@explorecedarchest.com ASAP after placing the order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Enjoy free shipping via UPS on orders $60 and over. For orders totaling less than $60, a $10 shipping and handling fee will apply.

TO WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and military bases. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We rely on our national postal service (USPS) as well as global shipping partners (UPS and FedEx) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. You will receive tracking information if it is available.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Your order ships from Northampton, MA. We give personal attention to each order and take pride in packing each shipment by hand. We see each order out the door and into the hands of our local UPS, FedEx, or USPS carriers.
