End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of software provided by Oniomania LLC.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for internal business purposes.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the application only for:
- Business operations
- Accounting workflows
- Inventory and invoice management
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or copy the software
- Use the application for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
4. Data & Integrations
The application may connect to third-party services including:
- Intuit (QuickBooks Online)
- Lightspeed
You are responsible for maintaining proper permissions to these services.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The application may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Oniomania LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse is detected.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
